4.Designate a key process as the quality control point in the assembly line, and assign a group leader to carry out the initial inspection at the last station of the assembly line. Some products can be repaired immediately.

5, calculate the rhythm and utilization \ equipment integrity rate and maintenance rate \ material consistency and so on. Mainly responsible for SOP control.

6, if there is equipment, OEE index is very important (equipment utilization). But in terms of quality, it’s very important to add proper anti-scraping, otherwise batch scraping will be serious.

The management of the production line is more important than the organization and design of the production line. Once the management is improper, it will fall short and fail to achieve the expected purpose.
