Rule out: readjust the temperature of the roller to be subject to continuous silk; Intermittently stop the operation of the coating wheel; Reselect hot melt adhesive material
Cause: the gap between inclined iron and rubber roller is too large; Rubber roller temperature is insufficient; The working material is too thin and soft for roller coating
Exclusion method: adjust the clearance with a cross screwdriver for the best; Moderately increase the temperature of rubber roller; The selective spray type should be discontinued
Cause: the silicone wheel has been pasted to the hot melt adhesive and not cleared; The working material has been coated with hot melt adhesive or other self-adhesive
Exclusion method: found immediately stop, with kerosene or white ore oil to clean up, then use. Because there is glue immediately stuck to the silicone wheel, the phenomenon of rewinding can not be used for secondary gluing with the adhesive working material.
Cause: the bearing does not refueling for a long time and burns; The cloth scraps and miscellaneous slag are blocked in the rubber groove for a long time, and the roller resistance causes the motor to burn out due to excessive load
Exclusion method: replace the bearing; Long cleaning glue storage tank; Operate in strict accordance with operating procedures; Burned-out motor surprise overhaul accountability
