Description

Main Features:

 

1. Unique appearance design, the oven can move freely according to different shoes, the process is variable, and the temperature is controlled in four stages;

 

2. Infrared irradiation — make the glue penetrate into the upper and outsole, the fitting effect is more firm and uniform;

 

3. Fast heating – the oven rises from normal temperature to 65℃ for about 5 minutes;

 

4. Double layer design — can separate the temperature of last and sole;

 

5. Constant temperature and hot air convection design — make the oven temperature uniform without temperature difference;

 

6. Fast conveyor belt — before the shoes cool down, quickly send the shoes with good soles to the bottom pressing operator;

 

7. Stick the bottom insulation box — keep a certain temperature and then stick the bottom, to ensure that the best fitting effect is achieved when sticking the bottom;

 

8. PID temperature control is adopted in the temperature controller to accurately control the oven temperature, thus making the drying of large sole glue more stable;

 

9. Energy-saving design — oven control adopts SCR (thyristor power controller) control, when up to constant temperature, the use of power reduced by 65%;

 

10. The conveyor belt adopts microcomputer frequency conversion control, which can accurately control the speed, and achieve the purpose of saving energy and low noise.
